This is a nice property. The thermal springs are enjoyable. The rooms are dated and need fresh pant. The beds are not as luxurious as shown in the pictures. Bathrooms and shower were nice by Italian standards. Robes and slippers provided are clean. The steam room was really offputting, it smelled ...

Clean rooms, great staff. Close and convenient parking. Beds are a little stiff for our liking, but the views and distance to Montepulciano made it all worthwhile.
