Ugh AIR CONDITIONER not on when we arrived. Miserably hot No soap, shampoo in bathroom DIS I SAY NO POOL? NO POOL AS PROMISED"

"The front staff was pretty helpful in changing a queen bedroom that I reserved online. However, that room he assigned for us doesn’t have a refrigerator included and we have to pay extra couple dollars. So, it’s not very convenient for us because we have to carry our stuff to the room and later have to change to another room. Otherwise, it’s alright overall. I would rate as 4."
