"This was honestly one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve had, and I cannot believe this is supposed to be a four-star Hilton.
The first room wasn’t just outdated. It was disgusting. There were dried white mystery drops all over the chair, a hair in the bed, crumbs on the floor and inside the fridge, grime and splatter around the baseboards, stained carpet, holes in the curtains, worn and damaged furniture, and discoloration on the ceiling. Even the shared microwave by the ice machine was filthy. It did not look like the room had been properly cleaned or inspected at all. I genuinely would not have let someone stay in my own home if a room looked like that. The front desk staff, the only silver lining, were awesome and moved us quickly after I showed them the pictures. The second room was much better, and I really appreciated how they handled it, but the rooms are still incredibly outdated.
The bartender was rude and dismissive, and kept telling us that she couldn't wait to be off so she could "spend time with" her boyfriend.
The room was $220, parking was $22, late checkout was $50, and taxes and other fees brought the total to almost $350. I booked this because I wanted to do something nice and relaxing for my husband and me, and instead the stay was stressful and mediocre. This was nowhere near what I expected from Hilton or from a hotel charging this much."
