The hotel was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was not worth the price. Food was not well prepared.

Great location. Pretty standard hotel, but the breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Oppvarming på rommet fungerte ikke, men personal har vart ganske servisorientert og tilbud vifte som kunne plasseres på roomet (som desverre ødeleger litt luft kvalitet). Ellers bra hotell, gym, badstua, restaurant. Eneste savner jeg fresk presset juice slik det har vart tidligere på Radisson.

Great location to visit Bergen
Central location to the historic district is fabulous, the breakfast is top notch, go to breakfast before 0900 on the weekend to beat the rush.

Check in was fine except we were not told that there was a conference taking place in the hotel, or the impact … we came down for dinner and were told that dinner was not available at that time due to conference attendees … had to come back in 45 minutes when the place was deserted!

Great stay
Warm, clean and comfortable room especially the bed. Reception staff welcoming & helpful. Excellent location to walk around the city & convenient stop for airport shuttle bus. Definitely recommend.

Hun som tok oss imot følte jeg ikke var veldig imøtekommende, men resten av de ansatte var veldig smilende og imøtekommende. Noe som var trist er at noe av det første jeg ser når jeg kommer inn på rommet var chips som låg på gulvet ved senga. Rommet var veldig fint, men jeg hadde rom rett ved heisen og rommene var ikke så lydisolerte, så jentungen på 1 år våknet hver gang noen lagde litt lyd ved heisene. Dette resulterte i en del oppvåkninger. Ellers var frokost, rom og service veldig bra :-)

Doomed from the start!
We paid for an upgraded room with old town view and were put in a standard room with no view. When we went back down to get shifted we were told no Superior rooms were available and put in a Junior Suite. All was great until the next morning when we were suddenly woken by a massive alarm going off. We soon realized there was construction with pounding, sawing, drilling happening to the building right outside our window. To make it worse, the workers were playing loud music. We called the front desk and were told that they were not supposed to be there so early. We asked if they could stop them and were told not possible. We asked for a refund. The front desk person told us only the manager could approve this. We asked to speak with the manager and were told he would arrive in 30 minutes. He (Frank) never contacted us. I went down to the lobby and was told by the person at the check in that Frank was in a meeting and that I should email him. I informed I was not leaving until we spoke. She went and got him. Frank admitted that we were placed in part of the building that we should never have been assigned to; that there were other rooms available where we would not have had this issue. He promised to not charge for our meals (he could not reimburse the room due to it being booked on Expedia) and that he would issue enough points for a future stay. We got the bill via email a few hours later and we were charged afterall so we plan to contest with our CC company.

Vårt rom var superior, og var for så vidt stort og fint. Men ikke mulig å justere temperaturen på badet. Vi syntes at det var kjedelig at baren på hotellet stengte kl 23.00 en lørdag kveld. Også negativt at frokosten av en eller annen grunn var flyttet ra frokostsalen til en stor og upersonlig konferansesal.

Problems at the Raddison Blu, Bergen, Norway
We had two problems. 1. The soft mattresses which were on the beds. We had back pain every night even though we were provided with cardboard etc. to make the beds firmer. 2. In the room itself, there was no comfortable chair to sit on in order to relax and watch the TV.

We are very disappointed with this stay. We asked for a seaview room and got one on second floor facing a building and extremely noisey. Random people throwing stones at our windows it was horrible 😐
