This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of. "Great place to stay on a short visit to Berlin. Perfect location next to Potsdamer Platz. Large, clean rooms, great shower and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great pool and a basic gym. Fully recommend "

"The staff were super helpful. It was a great location close to two underground stations. The one bedroom room was a great size for my daughter & I. The washing machine & dryer were a huge bonus (as we are travelling for a couple of weeks). The rooms were quiet, so the soundproof rooms is excellent. "
