Fine and funky

A Good Breakfast is included, clean sheets, clean bathroom, excellent location for seeing the Berlin wall, the river, East Side culture, great food, public transportation, and many types of art work. It's not the kind of place where you stay in the room, since the rooms are really simple, and need new carpet. It's a great place to sleep, and not spend a lot. The people are friendly and genuine. Interesting shops and people are all around. I enjoy being there.

Liegt direkt an der East Side Galarie gegen über

Für Besuche in der Mercedes Benz Arena optimal gelegen, da es nur ca.5min. zu Fuß sind. Und für ein wochenend Tripp gut gelegen, da Tram, U-Bahn, S-Bahn in ca.5min. zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Und auf anderen seite der Spree ist Kreuzberg.

Great location, across the street from the East Side Gallery. Only a 5 minute or less walk from the Mercedes Benz Arena. close to the U-bahn and S-bahn. Was really convenient for what I needed during my trip.

Schlechte Erfahrung

Ich wurde in ein anderes Hotel einfach umgebucht, ohne, dass man mir vorher Bescheid gab. Ein Hotelgast habe sein Zimmer in sehr schlechtem Zustand hinterlassen. Bis 16:30Uhr (Uhrzeit, zu der ich am Hotel war) war man anscheinend nicht in der Lage, diesen zu beseitigen oder mich zu informieren.

Frukost, OK! Parkering, Helt OK! Skick på "renovering", urusel, smaklöst och klumpigt! Sängar, ~OK! Hiss, "Out of order" Vill man i ett hippt område i Berlin, så OK. Då får man typ E4/E6 utanför fönstret dygnet om. Nära till S bahn och U bahn. Juste wi-fi.Rumspris, för högt....

We loved: - The staff - The location - Breakfast - The view from the room The room was fine and had great daylight. The real problem at the East-Side Hotel is the cleaning company. They don't clean!!! We stayed for three nights and they never cleaned the room. The only changed towels. Not okay!! Still, we would come back because of everything else!

Enkelt men funktionellt

Inget extra men rent o fräscht. Heltäckningsmattan i rummet kunde varit snyggare. Saknade extra kuddar. Det stod att det var städning varje dag men vi hade ingen städning. Inget problem med det. Frukosten funkade men saknade grönsaker. Wi-FI var svag. För oss var läget viktigt. Vi fick vad vi betalade för.

Quite alright

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with a lot of options: scrambled and boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereals, coldcuts, juice, fruits and more. It was a very hot time in Berlin and the room was very warm. The "tripple room" had a double bed and a sofa with a sheet. I wouldn't consider that to be a tripple room, but a double room with room for an extra guest. Overall we enjoyed our stay and especially the very friendly staff.

Nettes Hotel direkt an der Mauer, günstig gelegen

Unser Wochenende in dem Hotel war an sich nicht schlecht. Ws uns fehlte, war die Vorabinformation, daß das Hotel renoviert wird. Der Fußboden gab an 2 Stellen nach (war dem Personal bekannt), im Bad waren Fliesen defekt, das Telefonkabel war teilweise nicht isoliert, Baugerüst vorm Fenster sowie der Reinigungszustand ließ zu wünschen übrig.Die Bettwäsche wurde umgehend gewechselt. Was sehr positiv war, war der Ausblick direkt auf die Berliner Mauer und die Spree, sowie das Frühstück. Auf Sonderwünsche wie laktosefreie Milch wurde umgehend eingegangen. Kurzum: Für Kurzaufenthalte super geeignet!!!

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang / im Service sind allesamt sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen gewesen. Das Hotel (Zimmer, Frühstücksraum, Flure) an sich ist ziemlich runtergekommen. Unser Zimmer im 1.Stock lag nach hinten raus und war ruhig, hat aber vermutlich bereits seit Jahren keine Grundreinigung mehr gesehen - ebenso wohl auch das Bad. Egal, das Bett war gut und sauber und für eine kurze Übernachtung ist das Hotel gut geeignet - zumal die Lage echt zentral ist. Besser als erwartet war dann das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, das wir in diesem Umfang so jetzt nicht erwartet hätten. Preis/Leistung ist deshalb auch okay. Meine Wunsch wäre: Mal mit Staubwedel, Staubsauger, Wischmob und Wascheimer so richtig durchs Haus gehen und "Frühjahrsputz" machen. Etwas neue Farbe hier und da tät auch gut...

Buena situación y nada más

Lo mejor del hotel es la situación y solo por eso merece la pena. La habitación es normalita, con un moqueta anticuada que necesitaría mas de una limpieza. Él desayuno es correcto sin mas. El personal no se si habla o no español porque no te dan opción, así que como no sepas algo de ingles o alemán, toca hablar como los indios.

Grundsolide mit runtergerocktem Charme

Habe eine Nacht mit Frühstück im Einzelzimmer gebucht, ziemlich kurzfristig zu einem sehr guten Preis. Das Hotel als ganzes wirkt etwas runtergerockt, aber dies versprüht auch einen gewissen Charme. Alle dort arbeitenden Menschen waren sehr nett und entspannt. Beim Frühstücks-Buffet habe ich persönlich außer etwas frischem Obst oder Gemüse nichts weiter vermisst. Das Zimmer hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle gründlicher geputzt worden sein, aber es gab an keiner Stelle für mich einen "Ekel-Faktor". Top Lage und Verkehrsanbindung. Durch die Kritikpunkte nur 4 von 5 Sternen.
