"Hotel and golf course stay was great, very out of the way place but staff (Enzo) made it a great stay taking care of everything. Course is in good shape but greens are a bit slow. Course knowledge is key here and my golf app helped a lot. Staff are all great and helpful "
"Matera is breathtaking! Cenobio Hotel is elegance at it’s finest. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and accommodating. Recommend this place 100%!"
"Beautiful hotel in the perfect location if you want to be right in the Sassi di Matera. Great restaurants and shops nearby, staff were all very friendly. "
"Great option in the Sassi. Accessible by car. Big and beautifully decorated room. Breakfast is very good, with freshly cooked eggs to accompany buffet spread. Staff is helpful too. Best stay of our trip in the region."
"Lovely breakfast, lovely hotel. Minor point the bathroom in room 125 could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up but overall anyone booking this hotel will be making a good choice in a unique location "
"Amazing hotel! Love the rooms and the view. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They offered us transportation from the parking to the hotel. And the location was excellent, close to everything. Breakfast was ok tho "

The host was attentive and supportive throughout the process.

Wander the narrow streets of Bernalda's historic centre before visiting Castello Aragonese, where guided tours reveal fascinating medieval history. Francis Ford Coppola's restored Palazzo Margherita offers elegant dining, while nearby Metaponto's ancient Greek ruins make an excellent day trip from this charming hilltown.
"Clean room, spacious bathroom, great location, well set up. Only issue is parking is not right by and we needed to pay. Other than that , this is a great place to stay "
