"The facility was very clean all round. Staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning was not cooling enough. I reported this, and a maintenance person came, fiddled with it and said it would work in 20 minutes. It never cooled until I left. This was very disappointing."

"El hotel estaba limpio, cerca de la estacion del tren. No tenía AC y la ventilación del cuarto estaba en 24 grados fue incómodo dormir ya que esos días hizo calor. Los empleados muy amables y serviciales."
