"The hotel was under construction with no notice to us before booking. We were not able to use the z, hot tub, no blow dryer, and bagged breakfast. My son was there for hockey try outs and were intentionally booking somewhere for the hot tub and a good breakfast.

"Very small room.Maybe there should only be 1 bed in some of the rooms.No coffee maker. Very small t.v. I don't t think there is anything new. Carpet needs to go."

"The room was very nice - large and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning and were able to sit in the dining room overlooking the bay. Staff was excellent. My only concern was with poor lighting in the parking lot and I did pass that along in the morning. We came in later in the evening and it was very difficult to see where we were walking. Probably not an issue in the busy season when the restaurant is open and people are out and about. But the Inn was very quiet in mid April so being in a dark parking lot was a bit unnerving. All told, a really good experience."

"The room was fine; however, the property is 'sketchy'. I can only hope that properties like Shenstone can improve and offer medium priced accomodation in an area that badly needs it. With non-refunable reservations, I gave up my $$, to stay in a place that was cleaner."
