Decent price and and a comfortable room. One slight gripe I had was being charged 100 pesos for my key breaking in the lock. Smelly , and no breakfast as advertised.
The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair
