"Overall my stay was great experience however dinner was a bummer since kitchen closes early 9:00 pm so I had to get the bar menu. Service wasn’t that great they were just distracted."

"Very well positioned with a tram stop opposite, bus station over the road and train station within 5 mins walk. Breakfast was busy and the bacon oddly was shredded. Some items weren't updated as quick as ideal. Rooms are standard HIEX rooms but no safe in mine (401) which isn't the norm. Amazing environmental policy of exchanging no room refresh for drinks tokens for the bar. Brilliant idea."

"Gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage.Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zimmer sauber, das Frühstück ist gut und Abwechslungsreich. Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe , allerdings kein Schnäppchen, trotz Ermäßigungen vom Hotel. Die Anreise mit dem Zug wäre wahrscheinlich vorteilhafter, das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben dem wunderschönen Bahnhof! Wir würden hier wieder buchen.😊"

"Absolutely first class from the time we entered. Only stayed one night but everything was perfect. Loved the slippers as I hate walking around barefoot! Even Martini & Gin available for breakfast, sadly didn't participate. Thank you, this hotel is a credit to your company. X"

"The room was spacious. Full kitchen and Nespresso machine. Bathroom ready for a makeover. Old bath with shower that ran hot and cold. The biggest issue was the smell of sewage as you entered the building that carried through to the hallways. Thankfully it was not in our room."

"Vlak aan de Grote Markt. Anders dan we in eerste instantie hadden gedacht, maar dit was nu beter. Was net een hele hete dag dus jammer dat er geen airco was, appartement was heel erg warm. Tv aanwezig maar geen normale zenders, Netflix kon ook niet op worden in gelogd. Verder prima geregeld met sleutelkluisje en inchecken. Goede plek!"
