"Stayed at the location for 2 nights and paid for a "superior" room. Reported that the ceiling light didn't work and upon switching on the wall light, the lamp came out of the wall and was only still attached by insulated wires. Reported it to reception and asked if someone could look at it the following ..."

"paid for early check in, but arrived to be told this hadn't been arranged. we were given free drinks to compensate this, but we still had to wait an hour before I double checked the room status as we now only had 20 minutes to get ready for a wedding. we finally got to the room with about 15 minutes ..."

"A very relaxing 1 night stay. A very clean and modern furnished venue, which offered 2 swimming pools, restaurant and bar. The weather was beautiful, so the outside pool was greatly received. The hotel was easily located and within easy distance to the coastal resorts."
