We initially arrived to drop our bags off prior to a concert at Toyota Pavillion. Once we arrived later that night we realized the room was not clean - at all! Bed had stains, mattress, and bed skirt clearly had not be laundered in a while. The bathroom was also in need of a good cleaning. Read reviews on Yelp and saw...

"1. They made it difficult to get towels. 2. They wont come clean your room. 3. Roaches all over the property!! Pool , crawling up the walls, and in the rooms. When my friend brought them two she killed. They said they don’t know if they are Roaches! Didn’t even offer any compensation for having to throw my stuff that they were on. We just left.. Don’t bring your family here. It’s not worth the bug scare. Read the reviews first like should’ve. People are saying the same thing!!"
