Room was clean and hotel is in a good location. Staff was nice but not very helpful. When asked about Mount Wellington for sunrise, I was told it was a 15 minute drive by two different staff members. Room was lovely and clean however staff were not overly friendly nor helpful, not great customer service in the hotel or adjoining restaurant. Was overcharged parking ( more than what was emailed to me initially) wouldn’t stay there again especially for the price
