"Extremely roomy and spacious, lots of southwest character, bathrooms are spacious and excellent. The kitchen is very well appointed although perhaps somewhat dated, but appliances are of the highest quality and fully operational, although we did notice that they are being replaced gradually (we stay here quite often) with newer, lower quality appliances. Our apartment was outfitted with a Viking gas stove and Subzero refrigerator (both older but well maintained and perfectly functional). Unfortunately, the cooking equipment, including the pans, came from a discount store but all of the necessities were there to cook and to grill (in a nice communal grill area outside of the unit). There were no seasonings (including salt and pepper) so all that has to be purchased if cooking in the unit. We find the whole resort exceptionally peaceful, including the pool area, the tasteful landscaping, and we highly recommend it."

"The room was well-appointed and laid out. Lots of plug-ins for electronics, also. Good quality HDTV. The exercise room is very good and the pool area both covered and uncovered. Rooms above it can be affected by noise, but hotel staff are attentive to this and have things under control. What really stands out is the dining area. It is attractive and stocked with furniture designed to accommodate people needing places to sit in comfort while ingesting food. The variety and quality of food is impressive. The Kick Back feature is well done and the staff of it is most attentive of patrons' feelings. The front desk personnel were all cheerful and helpful. All staff are excellent."

"Christine is a wonderful host and everything is very presentable and sparkling clean. Be aware this is a guest house, not a bed and breakfast. I wouldn't expect breakfast for the price, it was very reasonably priced and there is coffee and cookies and such. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Excellent location for us, because we wanted to be out of the busy Scottsdale Phoenix Main Drag. They're doing a little road construction but that'll be over soon."

"It was a great location for us and it had nice amenities and everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. The check-in process through their computer system needs a definite improvement, but the host was very responsive and helpful. It just took way too long to check in as I entered my credit card and put my husband‘s name down on the reservation so then had to go through the whole process again with lots of back and forth to straighten out. they did grant us a later check out upon request and we appreciate that."
