"Great hotel May be a budget hotel but the welcome you recieve is 5 star Its in a great central location The room was clean and fresh Couldnt have asked for a better stay With the bar downstairs as well its great for a chilled refreshment on an evening Ashley checked me in when i arrived and served me a few drinks through the evening...she was amazing (she told me to write that)"

"The hotel was ok you had to take your rubbish out yourself and give it to staff but there are snow staff around to give rubbish so had take rubbish out of hotel and put it in the bin myself don't think that suitable to be a hotel if you have a take your rubbish out yourself "

"Some good points - big bed and spacious room - clean and well maintained public areas. Room had a fan but still really hot. Dud provide 2 keys so could have fan operating at all times. There is a pub on site and a Starbucks. Can’t comment on breakfast and did not use the pool etc. Rooms only had usb one side and no PowerPoint the other - was ok for me as sole occupant but more difficult if couple. "Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again."
