"Clean and tidy staff helpful and very polite . We was on the first floor no beach view but room was excellent only thing missing was a small fridge. On the corridor there was a fusty smell not sure what it was but it didn’t stop us enjoying our stay ."

"We get there and there's no key code for the key box because someone lost a key and reception wouldn't give us a key. Had to wait u til someone answered the phone at the number provided. When we finally got it unlocked we couldn't lock the door again. No sheets. No pillow cases. Not even toilet paper. No mention that we had to bring our own."

"Absolutely beautiful stay , we stayed at the sister hotel , beautiful out door area , little kitchen for all our needs , nothing was too much trouble , 10 /10 all in , everything you needed for a little get away with family , only issue was getting the TV to work if you could leave a notice near where the TV is with instructions on how to connect 😀 Nothing major nor did it effect our time there, but just for future reference for people staying longer than our night away. "Had a lovely clean en-suite room overlooking the sea. The staff we met with couldn’t have been more helpful. There’s parking on the front of the hotel but if it’s full there are 3 long stay car parks bang next door. We were in Blackpool to go to The Opera House/Winter Gardens and this was ideal as it was only 10-15mins walk ( all nice and flat) to get there. The hotel bar was open 24hrs which as we arrived back quite late was nice to sit and chill before heading off to our room. If/when next in...
