Room fine, Nice touch to use gym and thermal suite facilities. Staff - service was fine although sometimes a bit too casual. Didn’t find train too noisy but grateful of ear plugs.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bar/restaurant at the hotel was great. Staff during was disappointing, not welcoming smile, didn’t explained breakfast or amenities. Comparing with our experience in Dublin and Galway with other hotels was not good. The checkout staff was better, too bad that we were ...

The room was ideal for a short stop over but not suitable for a couple as bed very small . unfortunately not clean as came away with ringworm !!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.
Go to the castle early or late as I imagine it gets very, very busy at times. Circular steps up and down to the top are challenging and would be quite difficult for some in long queues - wear suitable shoes too!
Will be back.
