"Between Oxford and Birmingham, we found a very nice small country hotel run by the owners, Julian and Anna Ebbutt. Comfortable beds and rooms, upscale bath, pleasant gardens, very good breakfast. We'd go back and stay for 2-3 days instead of 1 night. The town of Blockly is typical small town England, including the old church and bowling green. Nice meal at the local pub, the Great Northern, I believe it was called, 1000 ft. from the hotel. The towns surrounding Blockly are very close and worth a...
