"This was the first time we have stayed in Seadrift and I just wanted it to be nice for our 56th anniversary. But, this rental was not just nice- it was truly exceptional. I was very impressed by: 1) it was a completely separate cabin - did have steps up to porch and main door. 2) it was large and air conditioned and super clean. - had a bedroom first- with king size bed. "The window units leak onto the walkway and leave slime across the walkway. It was super humid outside so, even with the airconditioning running, the floor in the bedroom and bathroom stayed wet. The TV had very limited channels. The bathroom tu/shower was very old and, even if it was actually clean, looked dirty. They do not have shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. "Charge $50 deposit to get towels and of town was dirty then they will keep your deposit. Only clean your room every 3 days. Manager is an ass and will not even have a conversation with you. He gets mad and then tells you to leave his property when you confront him about cleaning your room and towel. Just will never do this hotel again"

"Not a very good experience. Looks like the same rag was used to clean the floor was used to clean the counters and shower. Pubic hair on the mirror and shower walls. Just to get into the room was difficult. One had to put your whole shoulder into it just to open it. The AC was loud and even louder when the compressor kicked on and would not maintain a temperature. Breakfast was over cooked and not a very good selection. Only thing good was the bed was comfortable. Don’t think I would choose this...
