"There were leftovers in the fridge from whomever was in the room prior. The shuttle was on time relatively but the ride was extremely bumpy and scary. There was no bar soap offered. The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality of food being given. I wasnt able to try thr breakfast as I had an early flight so I cannot comment. The staff were very nice and accommodating. "

I arrived only about a 1.5 hour before the official check-in time (3 PM), and it was very clear that my room—and others—were already ready since the hotel was not busy at all. "The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. The lobby looks like 4 stars but the room...
