"A room safe was listed but it did not work. Two other rooms were offered, but the safes did not work in them either. If they do not work, they should not be listed as an amenity. The microwave, dated 1991, did not have a turntable but did work okay. The room thermostat needed a battery. Curtains looked rough or tied in knots in the hall. "We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster. The location is great and is within walking distance of most everything, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service. The door to our room did have a gap from the floor and so we could hear everything in the hallway. "

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, bed and pillows were comfy. However, for $415 we were only given a half a box of tissues and one roll of toilet paper. Parking was not easy and I had to go to three different parking garages to find a spot. Then, I still had to walk four blocks with my stuff to get to the hotel. For all the money I spent, I would have expected some parking to be easier and to have at an extra roll of toilet paper."
