"The 2nd floor REEKED of marijuana. My room did too when I first arrived. The room was squelching hot. I had to ring the bell three times to be checked in. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was no one at the desk for checkout so I just left. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good."

"The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average."

"We were in room 224. It was on the second floor and there was no elevator. That meant we had to carry all of our luggage up two flights of stairs. Rather challenging for us at 76 & 77 years of age. The bathroom was so small you had to completely enter the bathroom to turn around and close the door. The commode was significantly lower than I had anticipated. As I sat down, I found myself in free fall for about 6 inches. Luckily, I didn't need 911 to get up. The bathroom door handle was...

Desk Staff was very helpful when it came to check in, as I had an issue with my booking (my bad i booked the wrong month!). But she was very professional, understanding, and helpful to the situation. I was able to rebook, luckily they were not full to capacity. And I got a refund for the original booking a few days later. The breakfast selection was good. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate station. "My room took a few minutes later to be ready but everything was impeccable, I didn't like that the charging station for electric cars didn't work the truth and well the elevator was also broken, but service, room, hotel location and breakfast were very good"
