Not as expected and advertized.

We, 2 people, stayed in a Junior suite - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen. According to the description, the kitchen should have utensils, plates, pans and pots but had none of that. After some arguments the receptionist brought an aluminium teapot and a few plates and cups. The same receptionist refused to give us a second key though we insisted that we do need one. We were given a second key on the next day. It is one of those plastic programmable keys so I do not see why it was so hard to get a second one. Further, a free breakfast is included but in our first morning we found a row of clean pots with no food to be seen around. We were told we should order and they would cook it. They have no menu and you are supposed to order what comes to mind and hope they can bring it. This was not explained at reception. The personnel speaks only Spanish so this is a problem when there is no menu and your Spanish is limited.We ordered 2 omelettes and some fruit and coffee.The fruit was a tiny quantity, the omelette was ok.We did not go for breakfast in the next days as we found it inconvenient.Also, the hotel has no heating or AC and the nights were cold. Eventually I got sick. The neighborhood is walkable but not tourist friendly, it was hard to find an open restaurant on Sunday evening when we arrived. The hotel would cook dinner for you for unknown price if you tell them 4 hours in advance. I would not stay there and do not recommend it for someone with limited Spanish.

La verdad no me gusto el sitio y no volveré allá. Ese día llegamos bastante tarde como a las 10 pm sin embargo A las 11 pm tuvimos que solicitar cambio de cuarto ya que las personas del cuarto contiguo estaban fumando terriblemente y por el tipo de construcción el olor llegó hasta nuestra habitación, se supone que debería ser un espacio libre de humo. De otra parte la habitación inicial no contaba con los implementos básicos para la estadía tuvimos que llamar en varias oportunidades para que los a trajeran. Las chicas de recepción muy amables y prestas a colaborar en los incidentes presentados, sin embargo es una experiencia que no voy a repetir.

Para empezar hicimos check in muy rápido eso estuvo muy bien pero nosotros llegamos a descansar después de tener un viaje de 10 hojas y pues justo al frente del hotel hay una construcción y pues el ruido insoportable sonaba todo durísimo y pues no podíamos descansar , en la noche salimos un rato y regresamos todo muy bien sin ruido , a las 7 am comenzaron de nuevo con el ruido , fuimos a tomar el desayuno estaba bien más no excelente , en si la estadía fue terrible.

Houve um problema com o tipo de reserva, no site aparece o que ele chamam de apart suite júnior. Mas na realidade estão vende habitação standard. Depois de muita conversa acabaram oferecendo o que realmente pensamos ter comprado.

Ho prenotato un'appartamento con cucina con vista sulla citta' ma al mio arrivo mi hanno portato in una struttura diversa e catapultato in una camera minuscola senza con un solo bagno, i rumori erano presenti a tutte le ore e la camera si trovava nel mezzo del servizio colazioni che aveva inizio alle 6 del mattino. Pessimi e dire poco.

Don't stay there!

The rooms in that hotel do not have a temperature control system. The room was extremely cold and i asked for a heater. They could not provide anything in the first place saying that the heater was already used by another client!!???? After insisting, they gave me a small heater that is normally used under a desk, to warm up an entire room!!!

Conviniently located, clean hotel

It is a nice hotel created from apartment building, with spacious, clean rooms. We got 2 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms apartment with great view. Friendly staff, willing to help with any issue, like very late check-out. Rich and tasty breakfast. Hotel is located in-between airport and Old Town, with easy, no-expensive taxi ride.

Excelente y el personal que se encarga de la atención a los huéspedes. El desayuno es bueno y los meseros muy amables. No me gustó que en la habitación tienes dos camas unidas y en el medio de las dos una espuma para cubrir el espacio que queda entre las dos camas, por lo cual pasé muy mala noche. Solicité cambio de habitación con una cama más pequeña pero sin el espacio en la mitad.

Opun check in we were given a room that had not been serviced. Attendant gave us a different room. Room seemed fine since we checked in late. Called down to order room service....no room service but they did have a restaurant call us that delivered. Food was overpriced and horrible. Toilet ran all night. In morning we discovered we had no utensils...no glasses..cups...dishes etc.so having a kitchen was basically useless. We had no towels..no shampoo and no soap. Breakfast the first morning was ok. The second morning when we went down to breakfast we were informed the cook did not show up so there would be no hot items...we complained to the front desk as this was unacceptable since eggs do not require chef skills to cook...we were then served eggs. Seems management does not care about the amenities they post...probably because the prive is so low..however they could raise their price still be competitive and service their guests better.
