"Beautiful views from the terrace. Bed was comfortable. Very good recommendation for a nice restaurant up the street. Quiet location and peaceful. No AC and no fans. Bugs were an issue. Kitchen not very well stocked, and the propane tank was almost empty. Had to empty our own garbage. Parking was difficult each day, a steep uphill lane that was also extremely narrow, and you were lucky if you got a spot to park. You can't turn around unless all the other cars are gone, so you need to go up the narrow street for a bit to find another place to turn around and go back down the same steep narrow hill, hoping that no one is about to come up at the same time you're going down . . . It was an adequate place to stay, but next time we will find a place closer to the Lake."

"The staff was so very friendly. Everyone was extra helpful! The room was comfortable and large. The view was AMAZING! Parking was super easy, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. The shower pressure was great too! The location was perfect as well."

"Absolutely — for Hotels.com I’d make it warm and personal, but fairly concise. Here’s a polished version for Rose Bled: We had a wonderful stay at Rose Bled. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and everything we tried was delicious. We also really appreciated the thoughtful service when we had an early train to catch and would miss breakfast. The hotel kindly prepared a lunch box for us to take with us, which was such a lovely touch. Our room had a fantastic balcony with a beautiful view over Lake Bled, including Bled Castle and the church. A lovely hotel with genuinely friendly staff, great food and a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our time at Rose Bled and would happily stay here again. I think this strikes the right balance for Hotels.com — positive and genuine without sounding like an advert."

"Don’t let the orange decor keep you from choosing this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options including eggs made to order. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake and several restaurant options. Unlike some hotels, you have your own A/C control for your room so you can set the temperature for your comfort level. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend and would stay again."

"The hotel has an ideal location on lake Bohinj. It's a bit unclear where reception is when you arrive at the parking lot and first impression from the staff was not great. They were not very friendly for some reason. We upgraded from a basement room with a view of a parking lot 1st night to a great corner suite on top floor with an amazing view of the lake and mountain and a large bath 2nd night. Breakfast was good and we had light dinner and dessert at the hotel as well, which was good. Although, charging 20 euro for a cup of buckwheat is ridiculous, as much as I love buckwheat. Plenty of parking and there is a sauna and a large whirlpool. Wonderful location and concept, staff could be a bit more helpful at front desk and in the dining area. Muhr Villa dinner in day two was an amazing experience - another level."

"Beautiful setting! We have a west facing unit on third level, facing lake Bohinj. The sunrise and sunset views are spectacular. Great breakfast options as well. Highly recommend this place."
