"Wij vonden het een goed en fijn hotel! We zijn er 9 dagen geweest. Het was schoon, personeel zeer vriendelijk, allemaal van receptie tot schoonmaker en dichtbij het strand.
Restaurantjes en supermarkt op loopafstand. Alhoewel wij de restaurantjes in Bolgeri en Bibbona centro lekkerder en authentieker vonden.
Iedere dag een schone kamer en een heerlijk balkon. Wij hebben genoten."

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close...

"Relais Sant’Elena is the perfect retreat after the go-go-go of city travel - a peaceful, sanctuary to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food was unbelievable: farm-to-fork in the truest sense, simple cooking done perfectly at both breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back! Highly recommend, especially for a convenient place to stay before flying out of the Pisa airport."

"Fint och fräscht hotell med bra städning varje dag, men tyvärr ingen restaurang eller frukost på hotellet. Servicen var under all kritik då det ALDRIG fanns personal i receptionen.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci är fint men skulle inte rekommendera att bo här fler än 2-3 nätter då det är ganska litet, samt lite krångligt att ta sig därifrån då bussarna inte går så ofta."
