Sorry to say but the hotel is very dated and needs a renovation. Everything was worn, the room had a damp smell and the breakfast offering was the worst I have ever had and had to stand as there wasnt enough seats - it can only cater for around 30 people sitting

Sanibel Island Beach Resort
Clean room, newly redone since the hurricane a few years back. A few steps to the beach. Enjoyed the tiki bar. Restaurant food was very good. Would have liked a few more options for breakfast. I would recommend this resort for all the above.

Over $600 per night for a room and in one word all common areas and my suite were shabby. The resort advertises five restaurants — yet the Pelican restaurant has been closed for months. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Naples Downtown
We had a very good for 3 nights. For the price very hard to beat in Naples. About a 20 minute walk to downtown Naples. We rented bikes and biked to all around. The hotel was more than adequate and great service! I definitely would go back!!
