"It was overall great day. Great location, great pools great everything the room was clean. The only thing I had a problem with was the floors were dirty."

The front desk refused to grant a late check out by 2h and advised they will only grant me a late check out if I pay $25 /h. Check out at 10am is a joke while checking in at 3. What a rip off! "This property is beautiful as long as you love older hotels the only issue I have is I wake up congested each time and you can hear the cracking of floors above when people walk, but still one of my favorite places to stay. Amazing breakfast at mermaid cafe and amazing dinner at Riverview however I was unaware they offer a 20% discount at the restaurant with hotel key until the morning after we stayed I saw flyer in room. I wish that they told you this at checkin. As I’ve missed out on discount...
