A traditional welcoming hotel

We had a really lovely one night stay at the Elstead hotel. It was very convenient to be able to park right outside the hotel and it was walkable into the centre of town for an evening meal. We enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar and the provisions for breakfast were very good. The spa was an added bonus.

Great place

The hotel is run down but due to be demolished so I get they don’t want to spend out, the staff at the hotel make this place an enjoyable stay, rooms are lovely and very clean, rest of hotel is very tired but I understand

Good affordable and friendly stay

The hotel is a big old and in need of some tlc but is comfortable enough and the staff are very friendly . The room cost includes a drink at the bar which is fabulous! Breakfast was fine and very affordable. There is a pool sauna and steam room for use too .

The hotel is in a great location, quite, very friendly staff. The pool is lovely. The room was extremely clean. Overall, a great stay, but the hotel has seen better days.

Rooms where about outdated and notatce freshest, the pool and sauna where cool but changing rooms grubby and mould in showers use your room showers much better but over all was great for the price breakfasts was nice staff where great! We liked the pool and the staff were lovely. But felt it could do with some fresh paint in places. Our room was Lovely. The hotel sign needs a good clean to..it let it down. Because its a wonderful place.
