They helped us with some changes and were always around to help out as needed. Room was very clean, view of mountains fantastic. Having two balconies was a nice added bonus. "The property looks clean but is an old building and cheap upgrades to make it look new in the unit. There was no hot water and I raised it immediately with the hist but it was not addressed. I asked for an early check out and refund and they said yes. They have still not provided the refund. I would not stay here again. "
