"Had a very unpleasant and dirty looking woman with extreme foul body odor who checked me in late with my 2 kids. I asked for a check out at 12 and she kept saying 11. This was a Monday night and I highly doubt a little interstate hotel off 95 in April is so busy to the point an hour late to check out was an unreasonable request. Give me a break!"

"We came to eat breakfast at 9:25 on Sunday morning. We were getting our coffiees and going to walk through the line. They closed the doors. We asked was breakfast over already? We were told yes. Online and when checking in it was said on Saturday and Sunday breakfast was from 7:00 till 10:00 and possibly 11:00. Was very disappointed. The coffee was excellent though."

"Clean room, though we did not have suitcase stands/holders.Staff was helpful, AC And heat worked fine, Parking was safe. Just wish Breakfast had some warm food added. Overall, my stay was good!"

"The check-in staff were very accommodating, providing us with a room that was at the end of the hall and therefore very quiet (we had been traveling since 3:a.m. and would be in bed VERY early. In addition, we intended to leave the property very early the next morning; the "night auditor" was helpful at 3:00 a.m. in getting us fresh, hot coffee and water for tea so that we could be on the road again. The property itself is being renovated; the room could have used a second chair (it had two queen beds which we requested). Also, the bathtub was a bit slippery....mats might be helpful."

"Room was not clean and in disrepair. As soon as we walked in there was a strong smell of mildew. We asked to switch rooms but there were none available of the room type we booked so instead they gave us a can of air freshener. It didn’t really help. The curtains were filthy, the bathtub had a ring of dirt all along the front, the walls had spackle marks where they had repaired nail holes and never repainted. The tv didn’t display full screen - instead it was a small rectangle in the middle. And the best part was the roach carcass in the hallway and the brown specks frozen inside the ice from the ice machine. I’m only giving 2 stars because the location was convenient and the staff was nice. Would never stay here again. "

"First impression wasn’t good, kinda on the outskirts of town and looked pretty sketchy. First place I have ever seen that has a video kiosk to check in and not a physical person, that wasn’t special and should tell you all that you need to know. Appears to be remodeling some. "
