"Far better than the alledged 5 star hotel we had stayed in at Santa Margherita. Good breakfast with quality products e.g. fresh bread, Wilkins jams and freshly made cappucino not from a nachine plus lots more. Quiet air conditioning and room was cool when we arrived. Complementary water in the room. ..."

"It was a lovely hotel right in the downtown area and super convenient. Hotel was not full when we stayed there at all, but was still given a room facing away from the water without any offer of an upgrade (as other hotels have typically done).
