"Carpets threadbare. Room tiny. Toilet and sink in shower room. Mould on tiles in shower/toilet area. Damp under window. No handle on window. Decor shabby. Staff friendly but unable to offer another room as none available or refund due it as it was booked through a third party, which I will pursue. ..."
