"Nice room comfortable bed..No walk in shower .I felt unsafe with my arthritis getting and out of bath.It should be noted that at the time the lift or escalator down to the train platform was not working."

"Staff very helpful but was unable to reach them by phone after 3 attempts and even left a message. Lady at check in (Shanas) very helpful and provided a map of city and metro. She took her time with us and was very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary coffee was nice . Crazy system of using Pink shuttle bus. Sometimes needed a pass that either no one looked at or they collected and you couldn’t reuse. Don’t even know the purpose of needing a “pass”. Staff made a big deal about giving out free passes."

"The hotel is a little way out of the centre of Potsdam, but access is easy with plenty of regular buses. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food which was always kept topped up. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The resort was excellent and the pools were warm and clean. The Sauna in my room was amazing. Checking in after 9 is painful."

"We booked a room inside the dome expecting convenience, but the location was surprisingly far from the pools. The room itself was disappointing as we found sand on the bed, dust throughout, and several maintenance issues. The sink wasn’t draining properly, which made showering difficult since we had to keep turning the water off and on to prevent the shower box from flooding. The Wi‑Fi also didn’t work inside the room despite showing full signal. We requested a room change, but the alternative offered was even farther away and in worse condition. The pools, however, were excellent, well maintained and easily the best part of the stay. It’s unfortunate that the room experience didn’t match the quality of the pool area."

"Had a one week stay with my kiddos and they really enjoyed our visit. The hotel had Easter crafts setup that my kids were excited about. The pool is awesome but the sauna had limited hours and I wasn’t able to utilize it as much. But the Golden Apple tea in the spa area made up for that! Only minor issues were that there wasn’t a USB outlet or fridge in the room and no fan in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean and the staff was excellent and very helpful (Philip at the front desk was my kids favorite)! Overall it was a great experience and are looking forward to our next stay at Dorint Potsdam😊"

"Overall a very nice Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Cupboard space for clothing in our room very limited. But only stayed for 5 days so not to much of a problem. Breakfast was good. Dinner was not. Very expensive and limited choices. We would come again."
