Great beds

The bed was super comfortable but there was a big stain on the carpet. It was next door to a great restaurant with awesome pizza. We did not get to check out the pool. The breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and kind.

Nice to have a restaurant next door after traveling all day. In room 108 there was an odor in the room and the bed has a dip in the middle of it, woke up wih a backache.

The restaurant next door was convenient, reasonably priced, with good food. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was exactly what one would expect. Age of facility was starting to show, but it was clean. Road construction at the entrance was only slightly inconvenient.

Room and hallway had a really bad musty smell. Pool was under construction so I wonder if it flooded and they hadn't replaced the carpet or something. We only stayed 1 night and wouldn't have stayed another. Good location, staff was good, breakfast good, but bad smell.

Visiting relatives

Our stay started with a very friendly front desk. We had a pet (only $15) so she changed our room to a ground floor level, now that is pet friendly. The room was well kept and impressive when we walked in. Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Breakfast was good. A lady was there keeping things clean and full of scrambled eggs & sausage. These scrambled eggs were very good, not runny like some places. Check out was flawless since I had prepaid.

Disappointed stay

When we arrived late afternoon, the check in person was curt and unfriendly. She quickly went back to sitting in the floor playing some video game or watching some program. The next guest had to wait for her to get up to help them too. Our room had mold in the corner of the bathroom and a very loud clanking fan. Gratefully the beds were comfortable. The towels seemed like they were child size. The room next to us had two dogs in it. The carpet in our room was very nondescript and one is always left to wonder what is on it. At a minimum, if a hotel wants to open themselves to dogs, please isolate these rooms to one wing or floor. The continental breakfast was subpar at best. The swimming pool looked clean and the area around it was maintained.
