This property is well located. There are two malls within walking distance. What I did not like was the fact that there wasn't a hair dryer, there wasn't a toaster and a stove top in the kitchen. Lucas, from the housekeeping, and Eduardo, the guy who helps with luggage, were always helpful when I needed them.

Very nice hotel. I had a good stay. Reception were friendly, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was fine. The location was close to the monumental axis and the various government buildings and monuments there.

A escolha recaiu sobre o custo/beneficio geral. Estacionamento e café são pagos a parte, mas por tratar-se de um apart hotel o ausencia do café na diária pode ser substituída. Devido a alta procura requer reservas bem antecipadas.

Indelicada a recomendação das recepcionistas, por mais de uma vez que a perda ou extravio do cartão de acesso ao apto custariam R$20,00,, achei não só indelicado, até uma conotação de preconceituosa, No café da manhã outro atendimento triste logo ao adentrar o recinto fui intimado informar o apartamento e que o café custaria R$35,00, ora já tinha conhecimento dessa informação desde que fiz a reserva. Fiquei na expectativa que a recepcionista da lanchonete solicitasse minha identidade, aí já viraria caso de polícia, comecei a me sentir como um invasor., até porque não essa senhora, dona da lanchonete, ou do hotel talvez, não tem o mínimo tato para atender quem quer seja. Por fim, após três dias de hospedagem, a roupa de cama nao foi trocada,, olha já em Brasília algumas vezes, nunca me aconteceu isso.

Deixou a desejar. No quarto não tem sabonete nem shampoo. Se pedir é fornecido um sabonete barato, shampoo não tem. A recepção é do edifício, não assumem responsabilidade sobre as reservas, quiseram me cobrar uma diária a mais. Não tem ninguém lá pra emitir a nota fiscal, se precisar da NF tem que correr atrás, até agora não forneceram a NF, o que é uma obrigação legal… como disse, deixa a desejar ….
