Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Christiana. The rooms were clean and had a homey touch. Separate living areas and multiple bathrooms made it ideal for the whole family. We will definitely be booking here again

Se robaron mi reloj TAG

Pues por la parte del check in, muy mal, puesto que solo te dan la llave y te mandan a buscar la dirección a ti solo y no está fácil encontrar tu habitacion. Viajamos 12 personas y llevábamos dos autos y el primer día solo nos dieron acceso para uno. Y lo más grave. Yo olvide un reloj marca TAG e informe a la hora de haber salido del hotel y después de correos y llamadas, se hicieron tontos y al final alguien se lo robo. Me decían que el servicio de limpieza esta concesionado pero pues al final la recomendación que les hice es que los evaluarán porque trabajan con personal que no reporta lo olvidado. Sé que fue mi error pero confiaba en el hotel. Pero al final simplemente ya no me contestaron. El reloj cuesta como 1,200 dólares. En fin me decepciono mucho la falta de atención del hotel. Estoy plenamente seguro que lo deje en un cajón del tocador, no tendría porqué mentir. No gano nada, simplemente cuiden de no olvidar nada ya que olvídense de que se los devuelvan.

Christiana for skiing

Great location with easy walking distance to lifts. The place's size and kitchen were perfect. The only downside was probably to worst TV/AV equipment we have experienced ever. Impossible to watch tv or a movie in the lovely vintage combo dvd/vhs player
