"Bell’hotel avevamo una camera al piano terra quindi difficilmente potevamo aprire le tende e finestre perche ci passavano davanti le persone e l’aria condizionata non c’era Comunque per il resto abbastanza pulita comodi i servizi alla Hall ed anche gli utensili da cucina"

"We went to Vienna for 3 days and wasn’t sure if we did the right thing by choosing this location. But we could cover most of areas because of the location of the hotel. Very central but not so crowded. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was not so, asked them for additional cushion on the sofa bed which was addressed immediately. The lady at reception was very helpful advising us on best transport options to visit places. The guy at the bar was super helpful as well. Extremely pleased with the spread...
