"Beautiful hotel and great location. The gym was pathetic though and the housecleaning staff would either knock on the door at 9am and one morning 10. "Fantastic 5 star hotel! Great staff and super clean and large room. Awesome location right on Vitosha Blvd. Parking was easy but a tad expensive ($30 Euro per night).
