"荷物をチェックイン前に保管出来るフリーのケージがあり、とても助かりました。部屋の設備も、ヘアドライヤーやアイロン、電子レンジ、ケトルに紅茶なども整っていて、ベットもちょうどよい硬さでした。スタッフもとても親切でした。空港にも近くバス停や電車の駅もすぐ目の前せした。カレッジが近いこともあってか、スーパーマーケットやファーストフード店なども近く過ごしやすかったです。"

"This was terrible, no shower or toilet in our room, falsey advertised from photo on Expedia our room looked NOTHING like the room pictured. It was extremely small, appeared to have no heating, showers and toilet were down a hallway. We left key on bed and walked out. Absolutely awful !!! Had to rebook another room after 4 hour drive from Bundaberg."

"We found out on arrival at 9am that a non contact check-in meant nobody at reception. So a general idea of arriving earlier than check in time to drop off luggage and go exploring was not permitted by this place. We were offered by the maintenance man in exchange for extra money an earlier check in to our room. The deluxe family room was very spacious, clean and comfortable albeit a bit old. The restaurant was only open M-F and we left at 4am for an early flight so cannot say if breakfast was...

"While comfortable, the room was a little grotty and hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s. Definitely didn’t look like the picture. There was a microwave but no crockery or cutlery. No iron so I couldn’t iron a shirt."

"Plenty of parking, room was clean and TV and air con worked great. Close to train line for easy commute to CBD."
