All staff were very happy,helpful and very informative of the area.on arrival we weren’t sure how to get in the back door but 2lady staff members were more than helpful and friendly to help us out,the hotel was very nice and everything we required for a one night stay was spot on

The hotel is in the perfect location to access Cabot Circus as it's directly across the street from the entrance. The bus routes are nearby and it's about a 10-minute walk to the train station. If it's convenience you're looking for, this is a great place to stay.

You just need to use car satnav, drive to car park, with same postcode as hotel, then drive in , it automatically recognised your car reg, park up. then use lift and walk to hotel next door carrying luggage 'really easy. Phoenix pub next door, really good happy hr reduced drinks.

Comfortable hotel with great breakfast. Only issue for us was our room was at the front of the hotel on 5 ‘th floor and there was a lot of traffic noise. So ask for room to wards.back. Inclusive car park is great too.
