The beds are the drawback here - they are rickety and every time someone moves in their bed, you can hear the springs. Also my bed moved every time the guy in the top bunk rolled around. Staff accommodated our wishes and glad they did as room was great in the boutique hotel but the main hotel was REALLY loud and packed. So busy we decided not to eat there as too loud and busy, Other than that the rest of the hotel was excellent"
