"THE AC WAS VERY EFFECTIVE, THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY ADEQUATE, THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE, ON A NOTE OF NEGATIVITY YOU NEED HIGHER TOILET THE ROOM, BATHROOM TOILET IS TOO LOW "

"Breakfast not available for our early flight at 6am. Bed were uncomfortable and the metal frames creaked every time you moved. Could also here the creaks from neighboring rooms"

"Old motel undergoing renovation. Lots of construction equipment laying around. Common areas dirty and dusty from construction. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Needs updating. Breakfast ok, staff I encountered were fine. Location great but one of the lower rated Best Westerns I’ve stayed in. Price was good probably because of the overall condition of the property. Very reasonable additional pet fee."

"We had two different times that we had the fire alarm go off and had to exit the hotel why we were there. Then we also had a couple times that people knocked on our door in the middle of the night."

"The air conditioning was effective, the pantry had a good variety of snack food. The pool area was closed and I did not go there for long and really can't give an authentic review of pool. Hotel was clean, a few improvements need to be made and a little more breakfast items would be nice. For a budget minded person, the hotel was comfortable, clean and affordable. "

"The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you...
