"A very nice property, and our room had a nice balance of size and comfort. The only issue: the in-room coffee maker really needs to be cleaned (decalcified) or replaced. It was rather gross. The location is great; it's around the corner from the Peace Center and a short walk to Main Street. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return."

"Although this is an exceptional property to stay at as far as cleanliness and great scenery, this time around service wasn’t as great as it usually has been, and they’ve taken away the full continental breakfast that was one of the major amenities that this hotel offered. Also the friendliness of the staff just wasn’t there like it always has been. "

"The description of this was very deceiving. It operates as an extended stay but does not have the same amenities without charging you a fee which is not noted on the website. The people on the property appeared to live there and they were extremely abrut and gave an uneased unsecure unsafe feeling"

"The room was clean. Loved the no carpet. Some minor quirks in the bathroom (bath faucet was lose, door handle was coming off, hair dryer was dirty). Overall, excellent room though."

"It has a great location near everything but one of the reasons I booked it was because it has an indoor pool that I suppose would be warm. The pool was very cold and the pool area too. It’s not making sense. I couldn’t swim in the pool."

"Breakfast service consistently ended 30–45 minutes earlier than the posted closing time, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The hotel also does not provide extra pillows, and any additional sheets or towels require guests to go down to the lobby themselves—even when these items should have been stocked based on the number of people registered for the room. When we first checked in, we walked into a room with a strong musty, damp odor. The front desk agent told us there were no other rooms available, which felt unlikely. The next day, we discovered water seeping up through the floor and reported it to a different staff member. Fortunately, he took the issue seriously and moved us to another room. However, the leak and the resulting room change forced us to postpone our planned events for the day, which significantly disrupted our schedule and spoiled what should have been an enjoyable day."
