"Our initial room smelled musty and carpet wet. Within 5 minutes manager (Rog?) Was there, with new key cards to upgraded room and he apologized, saying it might be due to the storm last night. A little while later they were still working on the prior room, fixing the carpet right away. Great service. ..."
