"Rente una habitación con dos camas y cuando llegamos me Dieron un cuarto con una sola cama para 5 personas eso se me hizo injusto pero no tuve otra opción más q alojarme hay en definitiva no vuelvo a hospedarme x irresponsables y la piscina no estaba en servicio fue horrible "

"The front desk clerk was unpleasant. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was average. We asked for a room on the mall side but were told they were fully booked. We found out later that was a lie because another couple was moved to a different room due to barking dogs. The highway was right outside our window so there was constant traffic noise all night. BTW I booked this room by accident. I tried to switch to a different Hampton Inn but it was a non-refundable room."

"Great stay! I stayed multiple dates over several weeks due to work training. Great to have a restaurant/bar in the building. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms very clean and updated. Only issue was dealing with the in room coffee makers. It was nice to have an expresso machine in the room but function of the machine varied."

"I was very optimistic upon entering it was nice and clean at the check in counter. Then I’m told the elevator button on the first floor didn’t work, only to come down. Ok we’ll make it work I thought. So first room we checked in to had dirty towels hanging behind the door, no hand soap and the ac wasn’t working. Ok no biggie right? Went downstairs they got me another. Had a late night so when we got back and climbed the 3 small flights of stairs to shift to the 4th floor I was sure it would be...

"Wonderful breakfast and the staff that served the breakfast were wonderful also. Always keeping everything clean. Tasha in Housekeeping was awesome!! Always kept up with plenty of towels and whatever else we needed. And Craig at the front desk was very helpful especially with the parking..."

But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. One confirmation number should have showed two rooms with different names We almost "

"Called prior to check in regarding the swimming pool hours. They implied the staff was just a little late getting the pool opened that morning. I asked, Is it going to be closed for the next 2 days? The answer was “no”. The receptionist was lying. It was closed “for cleaning” for the entire two day stay. When I asked to extend the stay for another night, housekeeping kept disturbing me trying to get into the room. In between slamming the door of the room next door so many times it was mind...
