"We booked a room well in advance knowing rooms would be limited during the NFL draft. We show up to check in and no reservation!!! We were asked when we made the reservation, with who, why we made it so early....... we weren't the only ones, there were several of us with no reservations! Same questions. They did send us to a sister hotel with limited space, not as nice. Hotels.com was helpful with booking another room at another location with the price range we wanted. Not a fan of WOOD SPRING SUITES!!!"

"The housekeeping staff was terrible. They took our towels day two and didn't provide clean ones. When we got back from draft at three a.m., I had to go to front desk for towels. Day three, we asked housekeepers to make sure our beds were changed. They didn't even make them and shorted us on towels. Disappointing. We went to the lounge 30 minutes before closing, and they told us they just had last call one minute before so we went to casino and my son ate at the Clsssic. I took one bite of his chicken and spit it out (nasty). He ate a couple chicken strips because he thought the weird taste was just old oil. Nope ... food poisoning. We won't stay here again."

"Lighting in the parking lot and room was absolutely terrible. Entering the building felt unsafe. The area was deserted and dark. The building was under construction and the front desk was moved to a hallway. Very strange and poorly communicated. I'd have expected an email prior to arrival. The place was a ghost town and very off-putting. My room would have been fine, except that the lighting was so incredibly dim. The bedside lights barely made a difference and there was no main light in the room to illuminate the space. Easily fixable, management, but you're making your guests feel very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. A very strange experience."
