"Clean room, nice bar"

"It was hot. No water provided in room. The fan given initially did not do its job. Then got one. Tight and leaking shower / bath tap. No usb port. Dated room.The only solsce, staff was polite"

"A 1 night stay before an early flight. Arrived behind a coach party so check in was slow. Had a reasonable quiet room. Had a good nights sleep. Can’t complain."

"Great in airport location for an early flight..literally a five minute easy walk to terminal. Rooms were comfortable with good bed and extremely sound proofed. Restaurant and bar were convenient, and expectedly expensive for a captive audience."

"Lovely hotel - clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast. VERY hot in a heatwave, (admittedly - likely not a problem for most of the year!) They did put fans in every room, and spaced them out throughout the hallways to try to keep the air moving. But be aware there no Aircon in the rooms if it's looking to be a hot one! Otherwise, I cannot fault anything though."

"Location was great, for parks and gardens pubs and restaurants, staff very friendly breakfast was very good plenty of choice. Room was small very hot even with a fan going all night which was noisy, shower wasn't great too hot or two cold, lucky dip on which one you got, could probably shop around for better B&B for the price. That being said, had a good break in a nice friendly town."

"The grounds and the old manor hall are beautiful lots of wildlife and birds. The spa / leisure centre is also very good but is ran by a seperate company to the main hotel which why it might explain it is better ran than the main hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the room (double suite in main hall building ) was good and spacious including a/c. "Convenient airport hotel, close to parking, freeing a reasonable restaurant and leisure facilities."

"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment. The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived.
