The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Great stay ideal for the NEC for us. Not 4 stars because we were in room 109 front facing and at intervals you could hear trains going along, even with the windows shut. It got quite frustrating.

ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport
The reception staff were professional and welcoming. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation (transformation) project, for example the existing bar and dining area are rather tired. The parking was expensive - £15 for 24 hours! We did not appreciate their cashless policy.

I was disappointed that I had to pay a deposit and was only informed of this the day before which meant I had limited options, if I had known I would not have booked. room was all nice and clean. But the bath water was not hot enough. It didn't make much difference with the booster switch
