"The only issue that we had was the indoor pool room was too hot to sit in. Apparently the A/C unit is not working. We were not made aware of this issue at check-in. Which would have been nice to know. My 5 yr old grandson told the desk staff that he wanted to go in the pool as soon as we checked ..."
