"The hotel is in a great location close to coffee and brunch spots. The rooms were clean but there was no shower gel which the front desk was quick to replace. The only downer was the elevators were not working on our last day and being up 20 plus floors definitely not ideal plus this was not communicated ..."

"Staff was great. Shuttle was great. We had a room with 2 queen beds and four people and it was really cramped. We also found a cockroach in our room the morning we left."
