The instructions are easy to understand, if you need help you can call us. We don't have daily cleaning as you can read when you make the reservation. We are an eco friendly accomodation and if you stay for 4 nights, we make a daily cleaning and change the towels on the 3. day. If you need daily cleaning, just let us know at the reception but you need to pay for it. Overall we hope you had a pleasabt stay.

Dear Guest, you booked a small type of studio, which is our smallest studio - you could read about its size when you made the reservation! You could also book a medium or large studio if you need more space.We are a three star accomodation, and we do not offer cleaning service every day. If you stayed with us for more than three nights, we provide one free cleaning and towel change! If you did not get fresh towels, your door was likely locked from the inside and the cleaning staff couldn't get in. Next time, please come to our reception, and let us know what would be the best time for you! We're here to help and to make your stay more comfortable. You paid for 2 guests and refused to pay for the third guest, only after we strongly emphasized that you must pay, you finally paid. Your are banned on our property for further reservations we have reported this misconduct to Expedia. You originally paid EUR 36 for one night for 2 guests. Guests like you are not welcomed here !

When you stay 4 nights we change the towels on the 3. day. If you want that we change it every day, it costs 5 euros / towel set. According the requiment for 3 star accomodation we provide shampoo and shower gel in one. If it is not good for you there's a chinese shop near to us where you can buy shampoo and shower gel.
